Tautvydas, affectionately known as Tavi, taps into his extensive expertise within ECOVIS ProventusLaw’s FinTech licensing team to bring real-world insights to the classroom. His work grapples with the intricate license documentation for Electronic Money Institutions, Payment Institutions, and Financial Brokerages, ensuring a deep understanding of the framework that underpins Blockchain technologies. Since joining ECOVIS ProventusLaw in June 2021, Tavi has been at the forefront of navigating the evolving intersection of technology and regulation, an experience he is eager to share with his students.
With academic roots in European Union Law from Aberystwyth University and a stint focusing on International Law at Universität Salzburg, Tavi has always been driven to expand his knowledge base, a passion that culminated in a Master's in European Law from the University of Leiden. His academic journey, enriched by practical application in the fast-paced realm of FinTech, empowers him to deliver a course on Blockchain Fundamentals that is both deeply knowledgeable and passionately taught, bridging the gap between theory and practice for his learners.
